If you control a Thought Reflection and Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar, can you get the bonuses of both?

As I understand it, if you control Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar and a Consecrated Sphinx, if an opponent draws a card then functionally you get to filter the top three cards of your deck twice, because you would get to draw two cards from Consecrated Sphinx, and filter three instead of drawing one from the effects of Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar.

If you have a Thought Reflection and Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar on the battlefield and would draw a card, do you get to filter twice after applying Thought Reflection's ability and then the ability of Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar to the two cards you would draw? Or must you chose only a single "replacement effect" to apply?

For disclosure I guess I'm a little fuzzy on replacement effects. I understand the concept of Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar's effect replacing the act of drawing a card. I don't understand how Thought Reflection causing you to draw two cards as a replacement for drawing a card doesn't then trigger itself again as you go to draw two cards. As a replacement effect, is it immune to triggering another replacement effect?

You choose the order to apply the effects in. If you would draw a card you may choose to either look at the top three cards of your library and put on in your hand and the rest on the bottom, or you may choose to do that twice.

To your last question: A replacement effect can only be applied to an event once. This is why Thought Reflection doesn't try to make you draw an infinite number of cards every time its effect is applied.

Also, a triggered ability is always written to start with "when/whenever/at". It will trigger every time the given event happens. If Thought Reflection was written to use a triggered ability instead of a replacement effect, then it would go infinite with itself.

"Trigger" was poor wording on my part.

I understand that Thought Reflection can't more than one time replace the one event of drawing the same card. I don't get why the effect of drawing two new cards isn't a new occurrence to be considered for replacement. Are replacement effects specifically not able to replace effects that they have caused themselves? Thought Reflection is the only one I know that could stand to do this. If I had two Thought Reflections on the field, would drawing a card cause me to draw my whole deck?

614.5. A replacement effect doesnt invoke itself repeatedly; it gets only one opportunity to affect an event or any modified events that may replace it.

After Thought Reflection replaces a card draw with two card draws it can not be applied again. Even if another Thought Reflection replaces those two card draws with four, it considers the four card draws to be a modification of the original card draw and will not apply again.
