How do snakes from Xyris etb?

If I deal combat damage to an opponent with Xyris, the Writhing Storm and say deal three damage making him draw three cards Xyris, the Writhing Storm triggers and I get three snake tokens. My question is do all three snakes enter at the same time, or does Xyris, the Writhing Storm trigger three times and I get three snakes one at a time.

Also what I'd like to know is for example if I cast Windfall and each opponent draws say five cards. If I have three oponents, then do I get fifteen separate Xyris, the Writhing Storm triggers or three triggers for five snakes or one trigger for fifteen snakes?

Why I'm asking is if I cast Mystic Reflection in response to the Windfall and choose for example Psychosis Crawler , how many snakes enter the battlefield as a copy of Psychosis Crawler ? Mystic Reflection cares about the next time one or more creatures etb, so it matters if they all come at the same time, or one at a time.

With the way it's written, Xyris, the Writhing Storm triggers separately for each card drawn. Those triggers resolve one at a time, creating one Snake each. Mystic Reflection will only affect one token in your example.
