How cards like Primal Wellspring Flip works out with mana doublers like Mana Reflection ?

Hey there.
Just to clear things out, Wellspring says that when that mana is used o cast a instant or sorcery you'll copy that spell, but if I have a mana doubler and I use 1 of that mana to cast two different spells, will I copy those 2 spells as well right? And what if I use both mana created to cast the same spell?

The same goes if I duble that specific mana with Doubling Cube?

No, Doubling Cube won't work the same way. In that example, the mana isn't being produced by Primal Wellspring's effect, but instead it's being produced by Doubling Cube. It will be of the same type as the original mana (one of the 5 colors or colorless), but nothing else special from the effect that created the original mana will be carried over.
The rulings notes in Doubling Cube's Gatherer entry don't address this specific situation, but together they reinforce the point that only mana made by the original effect will be special, not the mana made by the Cube.
The key thing to understand here is that with the way Mana Reflection works, it means Primal Wellspring itself is making more mana, and the special effect of Wellspring's mana ability will apply to all the mana made by that ability. The mana in the Doubling Cube example is coming from a totally different ability.

Yes, the doubled mana will have any special properties of the original mana. If you cast two different spells with the mana then each of those spells will get copied. If you spend both mana on the same spell then it will get copied twice.
This interaction is addressed by some of the rulings notes in the Gatherer entries for these cards:
2020/08/07: Mana Reflection doesn't produce any mana itself. Rather, it causes permanents you tap to produce more mana. If the mana ability of that permanent puts any restrictions or riders on the mana it produces, that will apply to all the mana it produces this way.
2017/09/29: If more than one mana produced by a Primal Wellspring is spent to cast a single instant or sorcery spell, the delayed triggered ability associated with each mana spent will trigger. That many copies will be created. It doesn't matter if this mana was produced by one Primal Wellspring or by multiple Primal Wellsprings.
