Hinata, Dawn-Crowned, Meteor Blast & Crackle with Power

Just wanting to check I'm correct before building the deck, not complex I know but I'd rather be sure.

If I play Meteor Blast with Hinata, Dawn-Crowned in play, does it literally just cost me 3 red mana as each example of X is reduced by 1? Similarly, if cast Crackle with Power stating X = 5, is my actual cost paid 10 colourless and 2 red mana?

You're correct. I'd even say that's one of the intended ways to use Hinata, Dawn-Crowned.
