Harvester of Souls & Haunted Crossroads stack interaction

Say I have a Harvester of Souls (HoS) & Haunted Crossroads (HC) in play. I decided to play Fleshbag Marauder (FM) and sac itself. On death HoS will trigger for me to draw a card. Can I hold priority and respond to the draw trigger on the stack by activating HC to put FM on top of my library so that I draw it?

You most certainly can.

When Fleshbag Marauder dies to its own ability, Harvester of Souls triggers. Before the ability can resolve though, a full round of priority must be passed over it with no action. You can choose to hold priority and use Haunted Crossroads, putting its ability on top of the stack. The Crossroads resolve first, putting Fleshbag Marauder on top of your library, then the Harvester resolves, letting you draw it.
