Hardened Scales and Marwyn, the Nurturer

Hi, if I have Hardened Scales in play and Marwyn, the Nurturer and then create 5 1/1 elf warrior tokens, will I put 10 +1/+1 counters on Marwyn, the Nurturer or 6?

Even assuming you put 5 tokens on the battlefield as the result of a single effect, each token entering will cause Marwyn, the Nurturer's ability to trigger. Each trigger would add a +1/+1 counter, which Hardened Scales makes into 2 counters. End result is that you get 10 counters.
