graft and multiple creatures entering at the same time

If two creatures enter the battlefield at the same time and one of them has the Graft ability, will it trigger and let me move a +1/+1 counter to the other creature that entered with it?

Yes. Graft triggers whenever a creature enters the battlefield. Permanents that change zones together "see each other", wich is a much easier way of saying this than in the rules (underlining by me):
603.6a Enters-the-battlefield abilities trigger when a permanent enters the battlefield. These are written, "When [this object] enters the battlefield, . . . " or "Whenever a [type] enters the battlefield, . . ." Each time an event puts one or more permanents onto the battlefield, all permanents on the battlefield (including the newcomers) are checked for any enters-the-battlefield triggers that match the event.
So let's say you play Tooth and Nail and put Aquastrand Spider and Grizzly Bears onto the Battlefield (Why would you do that? What's wrong with you?). As the Spider sees the Bears entering, you would be able to give the Bears a +1/+1 counter from the Spider.

Yes, you would have a graft trigger for each other creature that entered the battlefield with your graft creature. Creatures entering or leaving the battlefield at the same time as other creatures see those other creatures for the purposes of triggered abilities.
