Gideon, Champion of Justice his 0 ability, to turn him into a creature with +1/+1 equal to the number of loyalty counters, can i use Solidarity of Heroes to double his loyalty counters while he's a creature or does it not work? and if so why doesn't it ? rulings please

Sorry, last sentence should read: "Gideon doesn't have any +1/+1 counters on him when he animates into a creature".

Vorel of the Hull Clade could double Gideon's counters though sine he doubles any type of counter and just has the targeting restriction.

so when Gideon, Champion of Justice becomes a creature i can't use Solidarity of Heroes but i can you Vorel of the Hull Clade since he doesn't enter with any +1/+1 counters for solidarity but since he is a creature he can be targeted by vorel which can double his active number of loyalty counters but not making him any stronger since he turns into a creature before i can activate vorel?

No it doesn't work like that. Gideon, Champion of Justice 's 0 ability sets his P/T equal to the number of loyalty counters on him. It doesn't put any amount of counters on him, +1/+1 or otherwise. Solidarity of Heroes only interacts with +1/+1 counters. Gideon doesn't have +1/+1 any on him when he animates into a creature.
