Fog Bank and Deathtouch

Fog Bank Says it prevents all damage. Deathtouch says any damage done to the creature is enough to kill it. So does Fog Bank able to block creatures with deathtouch and not die?

Yes. Since the damage that would be dealt to Fog Bank is prevented, it never takes the deathtouch damage.

It will die to any fight ability (Pit Fight , Ulvenwald Tracker , Prey Upon , etc) cause in this case it isn't combat damage and deathtouch doesn't care how the damage is dealt, just that the creature deals it
