Fling and Triumph of the Hordes

I'm still pretty new to MTG. I'm wondering if I use Triumph of the Hordes and then use Fling , does the fling toss the poison encounters as well?

No. Damage done by a creature with infect deals damage in the form of poison counters, but the source of damage here is fling. The creature you choose to fling will be +1/+1 however and so fling will take that into account when it deals damage, but infect plays no part here.

no - Fling deals the damage, not the creature itself, and so it will deal regular damage and not infect damage

however, if you use Prey Upon , you do get the infect effect. of course, prey upon only works on creatures.

No.
Fling
is the source of the damage. Therefore, it doesn't matter if the sacrificed creature had lifelink, deathtouch, infect, etc.
If you used an effect like Soul's Fire
(which causes the creature to be the source of the damage), then the damage dealt will have the properties of the creature.
