I need backup on this, but I believe the answer is as follows:

We will assume Dream Halls is always on the battlefield.

If Lodestone Golem is on the battlefield, then nonartifact spells cost 1 colorless to cast. Dream Halls affects the mana cost, while Lodestone Golem does not change the mana cost, only the total cost.

The same applies to Sphere of Resistance .

If Trinisphere is on the battlefield, all spells costing less than 3 mana still cost 3 mana. This effect is applied after all cost reduction. While Dream Halls reduces the mana cost to zero, it is now under 3 mana, and will cost 3 mana. Again, Trinisphere affects the total cost.

Dream Halls ' Oracle ruling:

This only replaces the mana cost (the mana in the upper right hand corner of the card). It will not pay additional costs from the card text (such as Buyback) or from other effects. It does not prevent you from paying those additional costs if you want or need to.

Lodestone Golem 's Oracle ruling:

The ability affects the total cost of each nonartifact spell, but it doesn't change that spell's mana cost or converted mana cost. The extra mana also doesn't change how many times you kicked the spell or what the value of X is (if applicable).

Trinisphere 's Oracle ruling:

Trinisphere's ability affects the total cost of the spell. It is applied after any other cost increasers or cost reducers are applied: First apply any cost increases. Next apply any cost reducers. Finally look at the amount of mana you have to pay. If it's less than three mana, you'll pay three mana.

mafteechr's answer is correct. If a spell's mana cost is replaced by an alternate cost, other additional costs still get applied to calculate the total cost of the spell. The following rules quote is from the section describing the process for casting a spell (the card names in parentheses are my own additions to show how the rule applies to your question):

601.2e The player determines the total cost of the spell. Usually this is just the mana cost. Some spells have additional or alternative costs. Some effects may increase or reduce the cost to pay, or may provide other alternative costs (Dream Halls ). Costs may include paying mana, tapping permanents, sacrificing permanents, discarding cards, and so on. The total cost is the mana cost or alternative cost (as determined in rule 601.2b), plus all additional costs and cost increases (Lodestone Golem , Sphere of Resistance ), and minus all cost reductions. If the mana component of the total cost is reduced to nothing by cost reduction effects, it is considered to be 0. It cant be reduced to less than 0. Once the total cost is determined, any effects that directly affect the total cost are applied (Trinisphere ). Then the resulting total cost becomes locked in. If effects would change the total cost after this time, they have no effect.
