Does March of the Machines turn artifact tokens into creature artifact token?

On my board I have a Clue and Intangible Virtue and Growing Ranks I play March of the Machines Does Intangible Virtue make my clue token into a 1/1? And can I with Growing Ranks populate my clue on my next upkeep?

Works exactly the way you want it to. Your tokens would be 0/0 but the enchantment will keep them alive as 1/1 creatures. No shenanigans here, populate normally.
