Does Guttersnipe trigger Chandra's Spitfire for each opponent?

Play Lightning Bolt dealing damage to a player. +3/+0Guttersnipe deals damage 2 damage to four opponents. Will Chandra's Spitfire get +3/+0 for each opponent?

Think so. It says "whenever an opponent is dealt damage" so if two opponents were dealt damage it triggers twice.

Noncombat damage is any damage that is not the result of a creature attacking. Since the damage dealt by Guttersnipe 's triggered ability is not combat damage, yes, it will trigger Chandra's Spitfire .

Chandra's Spitfire will get +3/+0 for Lightning Bolt , and +3/+0 times the number of opponents, for each instance of noncombat damage dealt.

If there are 4 opponents, then Spitfire should be a 16/3 until end of turn.

EDH or Modern? Seems like a fun time, either way.
