Does grafdigger's cage affect blessed reincarnation?

I have Grafdigger's Cage on the battlefield, and I exile an enemy creature with Blessed Reincarnation . Do they still get to put the revealed creature on BF? or do they just shuffle all the cards back in?
Unless the spell says otherwise, a card that's revealed from a player's library is still in their library. Conversely, something like Indomitable Creativity would still function as normal because the creature card enters the battlefield from exile instead.

Grafdigger's Cage says that creature cards in libraries can't enter the battlefield, so the revealed creature can not be put onto the battlefield.
