Deathtouch and Perilour Myr

Asked by WorkAround 13 years ago

if I gave perilour-myr deathtouch and attacked with it. Opponent Blocks with a 1/1 human. Does the two damage that Periour Myr does when it dies have deathtouch.

I know that deathtouch is not only combat damage.deathtouch: Any amount of damage it deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.

Leaves-the-battlefield triggered abilities, like the one on Perilous MyrMTG Card: Perilous Myr, use the last known information from when the object was still on the battlefield. If the Myr had deathtouch while he was still on the battlefield, his death-trigger damage will be coming from a source with deathtouch.
