Cemetery Reaper

Cemetery Reaper activates its tap ability. It says put a zombie onto the battlefield but who will control that zombie?

Effects that say "put _ onto _", as in "put a token onto the battlefield", refer to the controller of that spell/ability to determine whose control the token comes into play under. Since you control the Cemetery Reaper , you control its ability and the token that it will make.
Cards which put something into play under the control of a player other than you, such as Hunted Troll , will specifically say "under an opponent's control". This wording means an opponent of the player who controls the ability.

Epochalyptik is 100% correct. Another example of putting creatures onto the battlefield under an opponents control is Hunted Phantasm or Hunted Horror (you may see the pattern here, lol, Ravnica was such a mental set).
And Death Baron is better, but Cemetery Reaper is coming back in M12, Death Baron is not.

Well since your the one player who is placing the zombie on the field it will be under your control. If it was under your opponents control it would have said for your opponent to place zombie token on field.
