Can i tap The Underworld Cookbook and discard Ovalchase Daredevil then get it right back to my hand because The Underworld Cookbook just created a Food token?
To give a little more detail here, this works because The Underworld Cookbook has discarding a card as a cost, rather than an effect. You pay the costs by discarding Ovalchase Daredevil and tapping The Underworld Cookbook as the Cookbook's ability goes on the stack, so Daredevil is already in your graveyard when the ability resolves and creates a Food token.

Yes, the Ovalchase Daredevil will return to your hand when the Food is created.
