Can I use Fabricate to tutor a Blightsteel Colossus or a Sundering Titan?

I'm slightly confused because I would think that cards like Fabricate would work only on artifacts, not artifact creatures.
Also, can Memnarch gain control of artifact creatures, in addition to artifacts?

Yes. In all cases except if it specifically says non-creature artifact, an artifact creature will behave as an artifact, and a creature. Memnarch, Fabricate, and their kind all work on artifact creatures. Artifact creatures are artifacts.
