Can I use a Goblin Dark-Dwellers to cast Living End from my graveyard?

I know you can't flashback Living End, but Goblin Dark-Dwellers isn't exactly flashback. If you can cascade into it, this probably works, but I want to make sure

10/15/2006 This has no mana cost, which means it can't normally be cast as a spell. You could, however, cast it via some alternate means, like with Fist of Suns or Mind's Desire.
This is a ruling from the Gatherer website which is always useful for determining the answer to certain questions.
Yes you can cast it without paying its mana cost with Goblin Dark-Dwellers.

You should be able to, yes. The CMC of Living End is 0. Goblin Dark-Dwellers will cast it.
Also worth noting that there is a semi-decent modern deck that cascades into living end with cards like Violent Outburst
