Can I tap an Equipment to activate Clock of Omens ability?

for example:
on the battlefield I have a Thada Adel, Acquisitor equiped with Sword of Body and Mind , Clock of Omens and a tapped Quicksilver Amulet . Can I tap Sword of Body and Mind and Clock of Omens to untap the Quicksilver Amulet ?And that change something to de equipment?

Yes, you can tap it, and no, it doesn't change anything.
Equipment doesn't need to be untapped in order to become or remain attached to a creature.

The Sword of Body and Mind and the Clock of Omens are both artifacts, and both of them are untapped. Therefore, they fill the criteria of the Clock's ability and can be tapped. Tapping an equipment, much like tapping an enchantment, does nothing at all.
