Can Hazoret's Monument trigger dredge from discard

If I discard a dredge card with Hazoret's Monument, can I turn that draw into dredge?
Example

Hazoret's Monument in play, Golgari Grave-Troll in hand
-
Cast Storm Crow, triggering Hazoret's Monument
-
Discard Golgari Grave-Troll, letting me draw off Monument
-
Instead, dredge Golgari Grave-Troll
Does this work like I want it to?

Yes, spells and abilities resolve in the order written and as long as the dredge card is in the graveyard when you would draw you may dredge instead.

As a side note. If you draw 2 Cards for example and you have a Golgari Grave-Troll in the graveyard, you can Dredge him and if you hit another one you can Dredge that, too!

Absolutely! Any draw can be replaced by a Dredge trigger, and since you always perform the actions of a card in the order they're written, you'll always discard a card before you draw. Ergo, the Grave-Troll will be in the graveyard by the time you go to draw a card, in which case you can choose to Dredge instead.
