Can Brave the Elements safe a creature from an ability like Spear of Heliod - Destroy Target creature that dealt damage to you this turn?
And can Brave the Elements be used on a multicolored?
Can Brave the Elements be used to defend against a multicolored?
When you say enchanting. If a creature is Green i have a creature with protection from red.And the Green creature is enchanted with a red aura with first strike , what will happen then?

You can't target a creature with protection using an enchantment that shares a color with their protection. Defender of Law has protection from red, so he can't be enchanted with Giant Strength . If you enchanted Mother of Runes with Giant Strength , then used her ability to give her protection from red, the enchantment would "fall off" because she can't be enchanted by it anymore.

@Mysticuz: "Enchanting/Equipping isn't allowed" means that enchantments and equipment with the protected quality can't be attached to it. If your creature has protection from Red, it won't get any special defense from the effects of Red enchantments attached to other creatures (unless those effects say they target or deal damage, of course). In the example you give, nothing special happens.

Let's take care of this one first: Something with multiple colors counts as all of those colors for the purposes of effects that care about colors. Brave the Elements will protect your White and Blue New Prahv Guildmage , and if you choose "Green" it will protect against a Red and Green Burning-Tree Emissary .
Protection defends against 4 things: D.E.B.T.
D - Damage is prevented
E - Enchanting/Equipping isn't allowed
B - Blocking isn't allowed
T - Targeting isn't allowed
Spear of Heliod has to target in order to use its activated ability, so Brave the Elements can be used to defend against it.
