If I have Fountain of Renewal 4 Angel of Vitality and 2 Boon Reflection would I gain (1+1+1+1+1)x2x2=20 life

Yes, that's the most you could gain from that number of those cards.

How much do you want to gain? You can apply the 4 replacement effects in any order, so you'll could gain somewhere between 1x2x2+1+1=6 life and (1+1+1)x2x2=12 life depending on how you order them. I'm guessing you'll want to gain 12, but the choice is yours as the player being affected.
