Boardwipes and on death triggers

Let's say I have Necroskitter on the field and I just played Black Sun's Zenith for 1, so everything has a -1/-1 counter on it. If I cast something like Wrath of God, will I get all of my opponent's creatures from Necroskitter's ability? I think I would but I'm not sure.

You will get all of your nontoken opponent's creatures. All creatures are destroyed at the same time, so Necroskitter is still technically on the battlefield while your opponent's creatures die.

You will. Abilities that trigger when a creature dies trigger from the battlefield so Necroskitter's ability will notice that all of your opponent's creatures have -1/-1 counters and are about to be dead and trigger once for each of them.
