I don’t play Stompy, and I’m honestly surprised it’s not already a hub. It should be.

Stompy is a sub-set of aggro, specifically going tall with only a few big, trample creatures

shadow63 aggro is usually low curve creatures, often with haste, that looks to have significant damage done in the first few turns. Stompy is more about big creatures, often with trample, that require multi-blocks or equally large creatures to deal with.

To me, stompy means playing creatures with power and toughness greater its casting cost.

I agree
A good example of a creature that stomps is Ghalta, Primal Hunger. But is Lovestruck Beast considered stompy or aggro
Whith all that being said I might ne wrong. After all, these are opinions. It does feel more stompy when the creature has trample. Weather they come with trample or they get trample from somewhere else
But its feeling like a mono green thing. I dont think it's a mono green thing only.

griffstick Stompy is about deck design, not individual cards. So Lovestruck Beast would go into an agro deck, even though it seems more like a stompy creature (requiring a 1/1 to attack for it to attack is much more likely/useful in agro than stompy).
Also, red has plenty of spells well suited for stompy. And even though green definitely has the most, 2-colored stompy decks with blue or white along with the green definitely exist.

My stompy deck here. And I would love to tag it stompy.
