I think there are plenty of not just lifegain but life-drain decks, why not add a new category! :)

I can't think of a specific drain deck, excepting maybe EDH - but even then, they really fall into other categories with their overall gameplan. MBC, or control in general, for example.

Extort decks, maybe?
Though I agree about it being a subpart of another main deck strategy.
Gary decks never managed to get called Gary as an archetype.

Why not gain and drain together? If it is for commander you can check out my Selenia deck in my profile.

Sorry, I am a new user so I'm still grasping the whole website structure. My question was from a EDH pov so yeah, maybe is a little more limited to this format. I am no expert on other formats xD Anyway, I'll try to reply to everybody! ps sorry if I'm a bit rusty with my English, I'm Italian.
legendofa Decks that can exploit the commander's ability to gain life while simultaneously tax the opponents, I'd say for example Kambal, Consul of Allocation or Oloro, Ageless Ascetic .

Johnny14xxx I'll dig into it a little bit, and see how much variety there is. I'm not going to add it just yet, since it does seem to overlap other hubs, but I'll keep it in mind. And I have to say, your English is excellent.
