Praetors in Neon Dynasty (Speculations)

So I had a thought, we haven't seen another Praetor entering a new plane in a hot minute. Neon Dynasty seems like the perfect place to have a Praetor come in to me honestly.
The new mechanic of Modify got me to this idea originally, What fits phyrexians more than modifying flesh with metal and what do we see? Robot/cyborg like creatures in Kamigawa. This scenario seems perfect for Phyrexia to expand on and the plane seems most similar to New Phyrexia minus the metallic ground. So which Praetor would come here?
I specifically think Sheoldred would be here. She has been about Secrecy, blackmail, and assassinations. What could fit that more than the Ninja's?
lastly, an interesting note. per Mtg fandom wiki "The current emperor of Kamigawa is "someone familiar."" Will link at the end to read.
Could the emperor be a Praetor or a figurehead for a Praetor?
Let me know what you think and which praetor would you think most likely be here in this block.

To add on to what Gleeock mentioned, there is a supposed leak of a card (only by name) named jin-gitaxius reality hacker. If thats so, it might explain some of the glitchy looking effects in the trailer.

I think there's going to be a Praetor on Kamigawa, because the precedent for them popping up wherever has been set by Vorinclex and this seems like WotC's way to reestablish them.
But the argue the other side for a second, a good section of Alara is all about rejecting flesh in favor of metal, and there's been no sign of Alara-Phyrexia interaction. I would expect the former Esper to attract Phyrexian attention sooner than Kamigawa, depending on how they actually travel between planes. Has that been explained yet?

legendofa, it was said they were trying to find a way to travel between planes, my guess is they succeeded via Planar gate/portal.
Seeing how Vorinclex went to a plane as random as the Viking inspired one instead of a place like Alara makes me think one of two things. Either they can't control where they go to, or they want to take over smaller planes before taking on a big dog like alarm.
That's my guess at least.

psionictemplar, I haven't seen any confirmed leaks or any cards online of it, just the name of people hoping will come.

Looking at the first story article for KND where a man with a metal arm is mentioned, and knowing that the consortium had business on Kamigawa (in Agents of Artifice, I think), we'll most definitely meet Tezzeret there.
I think he'll be the one who robofied the nezumi. And he for sure has some connection to New Phyrexia. Do with it how you wish.

Gleeock: Damn, that movie was great and terrifing alike.
I really feel like that dynamic package art showing a robo-nezumi will be a legendary.

I know it's even further out, but Streets of New Capenna (2nd installment of Neon Dynasty) had some information released. There are five warring heads of state with each one being three colors. The artwork for Streets of New Capenna actually shows Ob Nixilis as one of the leaders, and his coloration suggests possibly Mardu.
If this is the case, we would see wedges - which upsets me because we saw those in Ikoria. I would have hoped we had Shards, to finish the Triome cycle.
With this said, if Streets' story revolves around the warring factions of five distinct regional clans, a new Praetor may be a bit much and would serve as a backdrop character and not a main antagonist. Unless, of course, one of the Praetors were one of the new clan leaders. But then we would need to ask what their purpose would be on Kamigawa?
I think our next showing will be on Dominaria United in Q3 of this year.

legendofa: I remember reading that Phyrexians learned how to travel between planes that required no flesh to come through - that's why Vorinclex changed before arriving Kaldheim. Forgive me for not recalling the source...
Reznor31: Answering your initial question, personally, I'd see Elesh Norn in here as the emperor - forcing everyone to become more "pure" in metal, meaning more like cyborg/artifice
However I'd like Jin-Gitaxias too, I just think there'll be no place for him here as antagonist due to Ninjas theme on the plane and him being would be hard to squeeze in additionally...

We just got confirmation that Jin Gitaxias is in Neon Dynasty. Hopefully he actually survives a set and actually poses a threat unlike a certain green praetor.

I am curious as to how Jin got there. In Kaldheim, it was explained that the reason Vorinclex was able to phase through the portal / blind eternities is because of his ability to remake flesh. If I recall, he captured a deer or something to remake some basic muscles on his metallic skeleton, then began to assault local wildlife and villages to reform the rest.
Does Jin have the same abilities to remake flesh, to survive the journey?

The story mentions tezzeret using the planar portal. And with jin and tezzeret working together odds are jin traveled that way as well.

Well, the Neurok already reminded me of cyber ninjas. & Jin-Gitaxias seems like he could hack into whatever leyline/network they would have there
