Any advice on what I should do to make/mod a Dragonlords deck I’m rebuilding. Formats and strategy welcome!

The original deck had Crux of Fate, lotus petal, tempest dragons, all four Nicol Bolas planeswalker, crosis the purger, crosis charm, kolaghans command, quicksilver amulet, sol rings, the ur-dragon. That’s all I can honestly remember of the deck.
Back story: two years ago, all my belongings got stolen, along with my 20 year worth of MTG.
So I’m just trying to recreate that deck as much as I can but make it better than I remember.
I believe it was a 80 card deck.

Ouch. Yeah, that's no good.
Do you want it to be Modern-legal, since you asked in the Modern forum? From what you remember, it sounds heavily , with ways to cheat around and . If it's Modern, that's going to cut out a lot of the cards you mentioned. Casual Legacy or Commander would let you hit all of them.
Were there any specific combos or synergies, or just big scary dragons?
To start throwing more cards out, Dragonspeaker Shaman, Dragonlord's Servant, Sprite Dragon.

I’d definitely would wanna go legacy then for sure. It was heavily Grixis but I’ve always want to bring the green and white into it to complete the Dragonlords set.
It was mainly just scary dragons. But again, I’m always up for opinions as well. It’s been a very long time and honestly I know I’m forgetting some major cards that I can’t remember..

Gotta ask for some more details. What's the original deck look like? Any specific cards you want, outside of the Dragonlords?
