Does a format with just Uncommons exist?

I was talking with my sister about all the different formats and we got talking about pauper when we started joking about having a format with just uncommons. But now after thinking about it, we're genuinely considering making decks like this as a laugh. Now I wanna know, does it already exist, and if not, would it be any good as a format? I assume as I've never heard of one its probably a silly idea XD
Icbrgr Its so funny you mention Skullclamp cus we were discussing having an element of being centred around artifacts!

I'll write up my sister's deck list later, but for now here is mine: Wild Wizards [Silversmith]
We're still discussing whether non-basic lands should be only limited to 1 so it might change!

Barnie22 Could you please check this one out and make sure it follows all the rules? I don't know if it's as competitive as possible, but it can playtest a win by turn 3-4 pretty reliably. Buried In Silver

Just an update in case you're interested, after me and my sister have been messing around the last couple of days with our decks, we have decided to lower the number of cards in a deck, we think 66 is too many for a format that allows multiples, and we're currently looking at around 40 down to 30 card limits to create the speed and competition we're looking for in a game, so I may post new or modified deck lists at some point when we've found the number.

Another update, not had chance to build a proper deck around it, but the current rules we're working with are:
- 34 card deck of uncommon cards (except basic lands)
- you must have 9 artifacts, one is a 'Trinket' which is a zero or one mana artifact which is a little bit like a commander as it doesn't have to go to the graveyard when destroyed and can instead be cast again for a cost of one more each time
- you have 25 other cards
- 9 and 25 are referring to 925, the parts per thousand required to be sterling silver
- I recommend 12-14 land cards
Me and my sister are finding this is quicker and a lot more silly and fun with this many cards in a deck. When I have the time (and the deck editor is behaving, I'm having problems rn) I'll post an updated deck for Silversmith

Close to optimized deck, same combo as the last one. Buried In Silver II
Also, do online-only sets count? In particular, Lotus Petal is the only uncommon print.

That looks great! I think blue and black both have cards that work really well for the format.
I'd say if you're playing online, yes cus its an uncommon you can access, so I see no problems with that!

I realised I never linked my deck for the re-jigged format (my sister has changed her decks several times and doesn't stay the same for longer than two days atm so I haven't made any of her newer decks on here yet) so here's mine Headache? [Silversmith]
I do have a second one that I myself am tweaking a lot at the moment but the deck I linked I can win with consistantly by turn 6, often winning at turn 5.

There's a ton of niche and obscure formats. This one's probably been invented independently more than once, and might have several different names. I think Peasant is commons + uncommons. But if you build the decks, let us know! It sounds like a fun idea, and I kinda want to try it.
