Why does the token come in after a board wipe?

When Voice of Resurgence dies, it puts a token out. Why does the token enter the battlefield after a board wipe? And would a token produced by Young Pyromancer do the same thing, if I cast a random instant in response to a board wipe?
Thanks for clearing that up. I have no idea why I couldn't get my head around it.

Say someone casts a Supreme Verdict . Each creature is simultaneously destroyed, and triggers from their death's are put on the stack. In the case of Voice of Resurgence the token isn't put onto the battlefield until AFTER the voice has died, and the Supreme Verdict has resolved.
If you cast a Think Twice in response to the board wipe, with a Young Pyromancer on the field, the stack will look like this:
Trigger from Young Pyromancer
Think Twice
Supreme Verdict
Since the stack resolves after LIFO (Last in First Out), you will get an elemental, then draw a card, and THEN the boardwipe resolves, destroying all creatures.
