How does Sakashima the Impostor interact with the legend rule?
If for example I have a Keiga, the Tide Star out and copy it with Sakashima. Does the legend rule apply leaving me with only one of both or do I have 2 of them since the name is different and because of this it's not the same card?
Two or more permanents *with the same name are on the battlefield all are put into the graveyard.
704.5k If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are on the battlefield, all are put into their owners graveyards. This is called the legend rule. If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesnt apply.
Therefore, Sakashima the Impostor doesn't cause itself and another to go to the graveyard. They are differently named.

I just read the new legendary rule, so, even if they did have the same name, it doesn't matter as much. As long as you don't control both.
I am not a fan of the new legendary rule. BAH! Clone
was so important in EDH to get rid of game winning commanders.

I like the new legend rule, because it was too easy to get rid of commanders with Clone . Sakashima the Impostor is a staple card to have in any EDH deck that has blue.

In most EDH decks, I'm not sure how I am going to deal with Progenitus in my mono-blue. I'll find something I'm certain, it's just annoying to have to alter something that worked well.

The name is different. The legend rule requires the creatures to have exactly the same name.
