Which is better, Rhystic Study or Phyrexian Arena ?

Phyrexian arena is just not good enough Necropotence is.

Depends on the format doesn't it? Necropotence is insane. But if you're wanting to draw more than X cards, where X is your life total, in the course of a game then Phyrexian Arena would be better. And well.. Rhystic Study sounds like a good multiplayer card o.o

personally I like Rhystic Study better because with rhystic study your opponent has to leave at least one mana open other wise when the cast their next spell you are able to draw a card so in turn it slows them down by one turn. however with Phyrexian Arena the reason it was banned was because of Dark Ritual after turn one every turn after, you drew two cards to your opponents one and that was way to fast for a black deck.
