Is there, and this is the important part, a non human creature who performs Eternal Witness ' job? Colors B/W/G?

Quite possibly not, but that link narrows down your search to 97 creatures.

There aren't any other creatures in your colors that do what you want. Codex Shredder is probably your most re-usable options if you put in ways to reuse it.

Other options are Reclaim and Regrowth .
