Need help with UR delver deck

just want some help with my casual UR delver deck. The primary goal is to land an early threat such as Young Pyromancer, Delver of Secrets ^Flip, or Monastery Swiftspear, and ride it to victory. There is more explainations about the deck in the description. Any advice is highly appreciated.
