Kitchen Table Combo deck

Looking to build a cheap $20-30 deck that I can sit down, and play with my friend who is still a super casual kitchen-table style player. I don’t get a lot of time to play magic like he does so I was just gonna play a couple games with him, show him the combo, and then give him the deck. I was thinking an old pauper Storm style list (obviously he doesn’t care about ban list, and loves mill) so I was thinking Brain Freeze as a win-con.

He also likes discard, and I think a Waste Not deck would see super fun for him.

was a cheap kitchen table combo deck I played when I was first starting out. $27 of the $44 price tag is 3 Adarkar Wastes that my buddy gave me for it, so it can definitely be built within your budget. I'm not sure if you are interested in this type of glass cannon deck, but it is a blast.
