Thxs for the comments
-
Your right the ward needs to reworded it meant to make the opponent phase out two of thier permanents (though that may be to strong maybe I should reduce it to only nonlands or just cteatures?)
-
"Also, permanents can't be targeted by mana abilities." Is that the proper way to write it?
-
Any other ideas to help with the block/attack situation that phasing has (I don't want to do tokens)
-
Any Ideas for phasing payoffs as I said the ones i have are usable but lackluster and kinda bland, any zesty ideas are welcome

For helping with the blocking and payoffs, maybe something like "whenever a creature phases out tap target creature, it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step." That might be too powerful, but removing an attacker for each phased out creature is kind of like blocking... sort of...
Anyway, cool card! I love to see more support for phasing :)

What mana abilities are you worried about your creatures being targeted by?

Stardragon they're asking because mana abilities don't target anything. They're abilities that produce mana.

How does the reworked card look? the Ward still needs to reworded but i can't think of the right way to word it.It meant to be that whenever an opponent targets it with spells they have to phase out two permanents they control. If you know how to word that pls let me know.

TheOfficialCreator I thought mana abilities were abilities that cost mana to use example : Deal 1 damage to target creature

Stardragon Nope, those are activated abilities that cost mana to activate.

It's pretty good. There are still some minor syntax gripes I have, but I'll keep those to myself because it's really not that big an issue and I don't want to detract from the commander at hand ^^
Again, would gladly play with this card as the commander!!

Seems really strong. I'd definitely run it :) I just really like the idea of turning phasing into a benefit.

Ward - Phase out two permanents you control.
"Whenever a permanent phases out, exile target permanent until that permanent phases in."
"Whenever a permanent phases in, if it was a creature card, put a +1/+1 counter on it. Otherwise, scry 2, then draw a card."
There is also a 2 in your text box that isn't a mana symbol, by the activated ability.
I believe this is the correct formatting.

Thxs for the fixes this really does help im still learning correct words and formatting so feel to correct me

The 2 is part of the activated ability cost so it's meant to be there

No I meant that the 2 isn't a mana pip. It's just a 2 and not a . You likely didn't close the brackets properly :P

It's a lot to consider. I'm still working on it.

I think the main issue with phasing as is is that phased out creatures can't block. So you might be able to tailor your commander to be a better blocker in the stead of all your other creatures. You're already at a good point with the high toughness.
I will say that as printed your commander's ward is unspecified, so your opponent could theoretically phase out two permanents you control to target it. Also, permanents can't be targeted by mana abilities.
Other than that, the commander has a pretty neat design. I would play a phasing deck ^u^
