Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Whenever "~" switches controllers it's new controller loses x life and sacrifices x permanents where x is the number of times "~" has switched controllers.
At the start of a players turn that player gains control of Scornful Goblin.
Done :) make a card that wins you the game when strict conditions are meet. (so something like Near-Death Experience

When ~ ETB, put X Diversity counters on ~ where X is the amount of different colors you control that is not colorless.
Enchantments you control that are also creatures that also have more than one color identity get +X/+X
