Need verification for this combo

I have a feeling they aren't anything super amazing but here goes:
Goblin Bombardment
+
Nim Deathmantle
+
Palinchron
for generating infinite mana assuming I have non Karoo lands that can produce at least 
worth of mana.
My palygroup has been saying that if I am going to play hard control, prison, or stax, they want me to have ways to end the game faster. If this is infinite mana it's also infinite damage because of Goblin Bombardment. If it's really infinite this should count for what they are telling me I should do.
The combo is pretty bad for you since prison style EDH gets next to no value out of the bombardment or the mantle. You should probably just go for Mind Over Matter combos in those types of deck, although Deadeye could work.

I mean it works, but 3 card combos are a bit suboptimal unless you are very tutor heavy.

Yeah, it could work, but just going for Deceiver Exarch + Splinter Twin is still in your colors and requires less cards...

You know for some reason it had never dawned on me to put Splinter Twin into Zedruu. I've just been playing prison/control/taxes/stax/nightmare mode for so long that I started thinking that at least for commander that's all my deck could do, and this is despite the fact that I have played against 
Twin tons in modern.
Definitely going to use Twin in my Zedruu deck now. They all said they wanted me to have ways to win so there it is. Problem solved : D
