Mulldrifter+Deadeye Navigator

Let's say I have a Deadeye Navigator in play. I then evoke a Mulldrifter . Can I stack the abilities so that when Mulldrifter enters, Deadeye Navigator 's ability happens first and they soulbond before the Mulldrifter is sacrificed? And if so, can I also use the soulbond ability to blink the Mulldrifter before it is sacrificed? Or am I completely wrong and I cannot do anything about the sacrifice?

You don't have time to place Nav's trigger on the stack by the time Mulldrifter is no longer on the battlefield.

I think. Could be wrong, I'm just an RA, not a judge yet.

The way it sounds to me is that when it enters the battlefield it is sacrificed and when it enters the battlefield you may soulbond it. Since both effects happen simultaneously you can choose what order they happen in. Assuming you choose soulbond first, soulbond would resolve and then it would be sacrificed immediately (at the same time), so there is no time to activate the blink ability on the stack. I'm not 100%, but that would be my guess.

The evoke ability represents two things:
1) An alternate cost for the creature spell.
2) A triggered ability that will trigger when the creature enters the battlefield, but only if the creature was cast for its evoke cost.

Soulbond and evoke trigger simultaneously, so you may stack the triggered abilities in whatever order you choose. (Don't forget that you also get to stack the Mulldrifter 's regular ETB ability at this time.) You may therefore soulbond the Mulldrifter to the Deadeye Navigator , then blink Mulldrifter . When Mulldrifter reenters the battlefield, its ETB ability will trigger again. However, the evoke ability will not trigger. Additionally, the evoke ability that is already on the stack will do nothing when it resolves because the related object is no longer on the battlefield.

That sounds like a pretty cool way to stack it. I'll have to pass the info on to my husband for his Riku of Two Reflections deck. He has a Mulldrifter in it already and plans to get a Deadeye Navigator . With enough mana, that would be a great way to draw a ton of cards wile getting Mulldrifter out for cheaper.
