Spike Breeder or Twilight Drover?

I currently have a copy of Spike Breeder in my Sigarda, Host of Herons EDH deck, but I am considering replacing it with Twilight Drover, but I first would like to ask everyone here for advice, about that.

Twilight Drover has a lower casting cost than does Spike Breeder, and, while its activated ability is slightly more expensive than is that of Spike Breeder, it generates two tokens when activated, and those tokens have flying, which is very nice; the drover does not have the ability to place +1/+1 counters on other creatures, but this deck has more than sufficient methods of doing that, so that likely is not a major issue.

What does everyone else say, about this? Should I replace Spike Breeder with Twilight Drover, in my Sigarda deck?

I promise that I am not attempting to be rude with these frequent posts, but I simply value the feedback of fellow players of this game, regarding deck construction.
