Thought of another card that would fit your theme well: Arachnogenesis. Just what you want, I think.

I think I'd get rid of spells like Reap What Is Sown and Common Bond. I don't think they will do enough for you, and other spells, even utility or removal, would serve you better. Replacing one of them with Ley Line would be better, although that card allows everyone to add counters to creatures, so approach that one with some caution. Cards that would do what Reap What Is Sown and Common Bond, and can be repeatable, are the Spikes, like Spike Feeder, Spike Tiller, Spike Worker, Spike Colony, Spike Hatcher, Spike Weaver (repeatable fog effect there), Spike Breeder (use counters to make token creatures....that's sweet for this deck!), Spike Soldier, and lastly, Spike Drone to round them all out. Now, you don't necessarily need all of them, but several of them could fill slots in your deck, and be 2-for-1 deals.

Few comments (finally)

Remove the following:

Zulaport Cutthroat, Blood Artist etc - Unless you are comboing out or sacing 3+ a turn regularly they are a bit slow Blood Artist being the better

Broodhatch Nantuko, Bramblewood Paragon, Hornet Nest, Saber Ants, Spike Breeder are all a bit too cute unless you are planning to abuse them.

From Beyond - If you put in an eldrazi this would work a lot nicer It That Betrays is okay for this. (and cheep)

Malevolent Awakening - Bit slow

Barter in Blood - Better to go for a creature based Fleshbag Marauder can be recured.

Also a few things to look at : Greater Good, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Pox, smokestacks, Also worth looking into a few keywords - Morbid (Tragic Slip) - Threshold - Revolt -

I got a few pieces btw too:Pox - Yavimaya Elder - Sakura-Tribe Elder - Ashnod's Altar - Death Cloud - Harrow - Reyhan, Last of the Abzan - and I know sammy has a few too

I dont really see the use for Simic Ragworm in the deck. Also you have 2 Spike Breeder's :) and if you add Freed from the Real you should also add Pemmin's Aura, and I don't know if you have any kind of budget but a Bloom Tender is a great card if you want it. Also a Primal Vigor is a good card to add. Kiora's Follower is another fun card in your colors. :) Happy Deckbuilding!

Do you think I should try Plaguemaw Beast (it might work well with Spike Breeder, Chainer, Dementia Master, and Coffin Queen) and/or Spread the Sickness as adding counters and removal.

Spike Breeder, Spike Feeder and Spike Weaver are some useful cards that come to my mind.
Fertilid is quite nice if you want some extra ramp. Anyway, +1 from me - it was fun to playtest!

Experiment Kraj can be removed. You don't have very many activated abilities, and the ones you do have are fairly low-impact.

Cytoplast Manipulator seems a bit too conditional for my liking. You have to either graft onto an opponent's creature or hope they put a counter on their own creature(s). However, keep it in if your meta has a deck or two that does the latter, especially if Karlov of the Ghost Council is being played.

Cloudfin Raptor should just be replaced with Invisible Stalker.

I don't like Cold-Eyed Selkie because you can't guarantee an opponent will have an island. Keep it if blue is popular in your meta, though.

Inexorable Tide seems a bit underwhelming and costly. It helps your planeswalkers, but if a creature already has ten +1/+1 counters, one more won't make much of a difference. Same can be said about Tezzeret's Gambit. If you like proliferate, use Thrummingbird.

Lightning Greaves should be Swiftfoot Boots because the shroud prevents you from targeting the creature.

Undergrowth Champion is just going to be a generic beatstick in EDH, and is going to be really bad late-game.

Possible additions:
Tuskguard Captain - evasion
Give / Take - Draw all the cards
Archetype of Imagination - evasion
Ooze Flux - Maybe? Make big dudes, or lots of little dudes
Plaxcaster Frogling - protection
Spike Breeder - Makes little dudes
Spike Weaver - Maybe? Political tool, and protects you from crack-backs
Saproling Cluster - Risky, but you can get more value out of the little dudes
Trailblazer's Boots - everyone plays with nonbasic lands
Stratus Dancer - counter on a creature, and it can counter Krosan Grip

Token generators would be interesting. Maybe Sylvan Offering, Fungal Sprouting, and/or Notorious Throng.
