Different decks with one shell

So i would like to preface this saying I always build different decks and never like one long enough to build it irl, so this might help. If I built a dimir graveyard shell, would it work to then be able to switch the deck between Varina, Lich Queen
zombies, Ghost of Ramirez DePietro transmute combo and scarab god reanimator. Is it possible for this to work if I only switch say 10 cards between each build?

So, I wouldn't recommend going from a 3 color deck to a mono colored one. Though I think a commander switch within th4 same colors and a 10 card sideboard is very doable.

I had a similar thought at one point of building a shell for Azorius so I could try different decks/commanders. So it would be lands, rocks, removal, and some common utility. Then make everything else different.
Few problems doing that in paper is you'd have to play with all the same sleeves, it takes time to sort all the time, and you couldn't physically put them against each other. On real thing it saves is money. So if you don't mind any of that... it's an idea.

The Legendary creature podcast did a show about split decks, this one was about Slobad and Emry. You might check it out, they're good at discussing the concept in broad strokes.

None would be fully optimized, but they could all be fun if you made the right choices!
