I like the base she'll, but I disagree that we're the control deck in the main board. II don't quite agree with running Exquisite Firecraft as spells like Electrolyze provide more utility in the three mana slot.
I'd also recommend you cut the number of Hooting Mandrills down, but you do run Thought Scour which might make that worth it.
I do think that goyf can be replaced, but I prefer going on a heavier aggro route by just replacing it with the next best 2 mana green card Scavenging Ooze

No worries. RUG Delver in modern plays a little more of a midrange style compared to say UR Delver, but never in the history of competitive magic has a RUG Delver list resorted to man-lands, because at the end of the day, it still wants to tempo out slower decks, and man-lands get in the way of that. At the end of the day, you can use w/e you want, but I think it's a mistake
