Haven't updated in quite a while. Not much point with a budget deck that relies on a single block. My lovely girlfriend Darkrai073 gave me an Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines for Valentine's Day so I slotted it in. Fits perfectly! Took out Deadeye Navigator. Both are good, but Norn seems a bit better.
Norn boosted the deck's value but a ton so I removed the "Budget" tag for the deck, though the core of the deck is very budget.
