While make obselete had its moments in this deck, I decided to go with more targeted removal in Heartless Act and Hero's Downfall. Additionally, I added 1x Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and 2x Reckoner Bankbuster. Both cards are actually very good and require opponents to answer them or suffer them staying on the battlefield. For my build, I also added 1x Gray Merchant of Asphodel, but that may be temporary as I think Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet is just better.
I really did like playing Painful Quandary because it is just a fun card, but it's just not quite worth putting into the deck.
I think these adjustments will make the deck better. Still, it's not going to win you and RCQ, but it will be fun to play at FNM or a similar event, or even with just your friends.
