Phalanx Leader was too harsh on the already painful 3 color manabase. Guildmages' Forum, while a terrible card, will smooth out our manabase while also allowing our 2 drops to be slightly more relevant on turns 3 and 4. Pelt Collector and Experiment One are great one drops that like our turn 2, 3 and 4 big creatures.
I'll be testing this version for a while, making adjustments as I go.
