took out the Ugin, the Spirit Dragon for a Nissa, Worldwaker due to the fact Ugin was always being boarded out and Nissa puts out consistent threats

see i agree with you there the reason i am not running Flamewake Phoenix is the fact that not only is double red a bit difficult to generate turn 2/3 but id Much rather drop a Courser of Kruphix than flamewake its just a personal preferance

This deck rocks! I would suggest replacing the one Xenagod with another Xenagos planeswalker. I feel that he provides a MAJOR mana advantage over any opponent not running one. And it can help bring out things like Genesis hydras with a higher x number.

Remove Ashcloud Pheonix, with Flamewake Pheonix, puts out more damage on average than Ashcloud.
