3-Man Commander, I won in under 6 turns! —Oct. 19, 2016
Three-man Commander tonight with Meren, Xenagos, God of Revels and Kaalia of the Vast. The best thing ever that could happen in this deck is a turn one Entomb into turn two Reanimate. We've talked about it before. However, that didn't happen tonight.
Instead, it was maybe the second best thing that could happen: Turn one draw and skip my land drop - forcing me to discard, which I discard a terrastodon. Then turn 2, Reanimate, bring terrastodon back out, blow up lands (leaving one opponent with no lands and another with only one colorless land), and then begin to attack my 9/9 into their chumping 3/3 elephant tokens.
Opponents couldn't recover...I won in under 6 turns.
The Kaalia player, who is usually playing the aggressor with that deck, couldn't fathom how quickly this deck went nuclear, lol.
It was awesome, and had to share.
