I made some changes take a look and make suggestions based on what upgrades you think will be great. Tamiyo becomes more use for drawing cards discarding the extra into the graveyard (2 drop creatures) to be returned with Immortal Servitude

I see what your going for and that is a good idea for sure but what if I went with Thought Scour instead or is it because it has the flashback ability?

I don't think you need that much draw power in here. Nor Crypt Ghast for Mana. Rats are cheap as it is. You should look at my deck breaking rats

Inspiration is a pretty bad draw card, I'd swap it out for Think Twice
