I'm finding that if I have Noetic Scales or Storm Cauldron out I'm winning (if by winning you mean each opponent getting more and more annoyed as the game doesn't actually progress).

I'm trying to keep my creatures to a low number and have their power low enough so I don't get hit by my own Noetic Scales, also Portcullis in playtesting often makes it difficult to get creatures out as token decks puke em out (but it still keeps the tokens down to a good level).
As for putting my commander in the deck list I've noticed that if I do the playtester sticks two copies of him in the deck.
